Summary - the cause - the injury - today's quality of life?
Four Wheeler wreck No helmet multiple skull fractures. It's been a year and I'm still not working
Please share your experience at the time you became aware of the injury?
I really became aware when I got home. All I could do was cry. I didn't know that I was ever gone. It was sad
Tell about the experience immediately after the injury. Surgery? Coma?
I have no memory of being in the hospital. My mom said I was very scared and aggressive. I pulled feeding tubes out. Had four point restraint
Tell us about the hospital stay after the survivor was no longer in a coma
I don't remember but it was good they took good care of me and my family
Tell us about the time in rehabilitation?
This was really hard I had physical therapy speech and occupational. They were like a second family and never gave up on me
Tell us about coming home!
Coming home was really weird and scary I had to move back in with my mom

Tell us about life today?
Life today is still different I'm not able to work. But I'm working on getting back to work and school
